Should you cancel your scheduled appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time you will be subject to a 50% cancelation fee. If you “no show” an appointment, you are subject to a fee equal to the full, 100% cost of the appointment missed.

Please call and inform your provider if you are sick. This includes just noticing feeling unwell or just getting over an illness. This puts your provider at risk of contracting your illness. DO NOT ARRIVE TO YOU APPOINTMENT SICK AND INFORM YOUR PROVIDER THEN. This will result in immediate dismissal of your appointment and may include the late cancelation fee of 50%. MASSAGE CANNOT CURE YOUR ILLNESS.

Please acknowledge and understand that should you need to reschedule your appointment YOU will contact your massage therapist, Kimberly Singletary and request a rescheduling of your appointment in a timely manner. Doing so at the time of your appointment or past the start time of your appointment will result in your agreement to pay in full 100% of the fee. This fee will also include if you are late and your massage therapist has to contact you on your estimated time of arrival.

Please acknowledge and understand that if you arrive late that time missed will be deducted from your scheduled session and you will be subject to pay the full amount of the session scheduled.

Please acknowledge and understand that if you are 30 minutes or more late you are considered a “No Show” and you have missed your appointment and will be subject to pay the full amount of the service scheduled without receiving the service.
